What You'll Do
As an IT Service Delivery Coordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services to Budget Thuis, guided by the principles of the ITIL framework. You act as the primary point of contact between the IT organization and the business, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction with IT service delivery. A key part of your role is coordinating the resolution of Prio-1 incidents, restoring normal service operations swiftly while minimizing business impact. Additionally, you oversee the release management process, ensuring that software releases are implemented efficiently and in a controlled manner, maintaining stability and continuity across all IT services.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the Prio 1 Incident process following ITIL best practices, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary;
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all Prio 1 incidents, managing communication between stakeholders and ensuring SLA compliance;
Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring issues;
Generate and distribute regular Prio 1 incident reports;
Manage the lifecycle of all software releases, ensuring minimal disruption and smooth deployment of updates or new services;
Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of software releases across the IT organization.
Job requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience);
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment, with expertise in ITIL frameworks;
Proven experience in managing high-priority incidents in complex, multi-platform environments;
Proficient in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and solid understanding of IT infrastructure and services;
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure situations and effectively manage time and priorities;
ITIL Foundation certification (Intermediate/Expert preferred).
