What you’ll be doing

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of technical projects and the continuous optimization of processes. In doing so, you directly contribute to our strategy of cost leadership and efficient growth by leveraging technology in smart and effective ways for our customers. You’ll combine people leadership with technical leadership, building a strong development culture that leads to scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on your team, on our organization, and on the experience of thousands of customers.

Vereisten

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of thinking and working;

  • 5–8 years of experience in a technical leadership role;

  • Experience with discovery and delivery in technical environments;

  • Knowledge of software engineering, IT systems, and process automation;

  • Experience with lean/process improvement and quality management;

  • Core competencies: leading by example, strategic insight, decisiveness, and coaching leadership.
